Important Shipping Information

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Once an order has entered processing, changes may no longer be possible. Shinzo is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are outside of our control and are non‑refundable. Customers in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom generally do not incur customs fees, as we operate local warehouses in these regions.

Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, unclaimed shipments, or customs issues may incur re‑shipping fees equal to the original shipping cost plus handling.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the courier once delivery is confirmed at the shipping address provided.

Cancellation Policy

Within four (4) hours of checkout: Orders may be updated or cancelled, subject to processing status.
After (4) hours: Orders are released to our fulfillment partners and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Pre‑orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the craftsmanship of every Shinzo piece. All items are inspected prior to dispatch. If something is not right, returns are assessed in line with the policy below.

Items damaged during transit due to courier mishandling

Not Eligible for Full Refund

Change of mind, fit preferences, or incorrect sizing
Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged through use
Items missing original tags or packaging
Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during promotional or sample sales
Pre‑orders (except for verified manufacturing defects)
Damage caused by improper care or normal wear
Natural characteristics of raw or untreated fabrics, including colour transfer or bleeding

Return Process

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
Provide order number, clear photos, full name and a description of the issue.
Our team will assess eligibility and provide Return Authorization if approved.
Return items in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact.
Refunds or replacements are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for size or colour may be approved subject to availability and eligibility criteria.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for size or preference‑based exchanges.
For customers in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, a return label may be provided upon request.
Customers outside these regions must arrange and pay for tracked return shipping, and outbound exchange shipping costs will apply.
Price differences must be paid where applicable.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM local warehouse time are typically processed the same business day. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Alternative Warehouse Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse closest to your delivery address whenever possible. If an item is unavailable locally, it may be fulfilled from an alternative Shinzo warehouse. A $30 AUD Alternative Warehouse Fulfillment fee will be clearly displayed prior to checkout to cover additional international shipping and handling costs. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on fulfillment location.
